DOM in marketed capsule formulation. The assay values were in good agreement with the corresponding labeled claim. The recovery studies show accuracy of the method. On observing the validation parameters both the methods were found to be accurate, precise and speciÞ c. Hence the methods can be employed for quality control and routine analysis of lansoprazole and domperidone in pharmaceutical formulations.
